Dr. Vikas Trivedi

Dr. Vikas Trivedi is a General and Family Dentist at Parker Dental Studio in Parker, Colorado. With a genuine passion for both clinical excellence and dental education, he built this free local anesthetic calculator as a way to give back to the profession he loves.

The idea for the calculator came from his own experience. As a dental student, he saw firsthand how confusing maximum recommended dose calculations can be—especially under the pressure of a clinical setting. Weight-based dosing, different anesthetic agents, vasoconstrictor limits—it’s a lot to juggle when your focus should be on the patient in front of you. He created this tool so that students and new clinicians would never have to second-guess the math.

For Dr. Trivedi, patient safety starts with getting the fundamentals right. Accurate dosage calculation is one of those fundamentals. His goal was simple: make a reliable, easy-to-use calculator and keep it free and accessible to every dental professional and student who needs it.

Outside of building dental tools, Dr. Trivedi runs a family-owned practice alongside his wife, Dr. Rima Trivedi, a Cosmetic and Family Dentist. Together they’ve built Parker Dental Studio around the values of honesty, thoroughness, and genuine care for their community. Patients know Dr. Trivedi for his approachable personality, his willingness to take the time to explain every treatment option, and his habit of calling patients after procedures to check on them. He believes that great dentistry starts with trust—and trust starts with treating people the way you’d want your own family treated.
